My farther was with Blackwell there somewhere we lived in whyenshaw at the time he was on a d8 with them

My Blackwell days included---------------High Wycombe by pass


I was on that section, I think on a 631, I remember a few guys but the only name I remember was 'Ollie', a blond guy, I think, he was on a 657 but could have been a 631, the guy who had the shout was a welsh guy with a permanent limp, not sure of the year, maybe 1967 or 8. I was not there for long, I had some 'legal probs' in those days + a crazy streak which led to them.
I think the very last job I was on was almost certainly 1971 on the Arlington reservoir Nr Eastbourne, Richards & Wallington, it was time to call it a day but seeing this place brought back a few dozen or more 'mad moments'

No it was not, the very last was Blackwells Marlow By Pass, (well I think it was)
