G'Day All at CMN,
have been reading with great interest, some of the topics are a fantastic help with the old gear !!
3 years ago me and my wife managed to semi retire in the Barrington Tops, here we are growing a bit of garlic and spuds.
The 1960 McCormick B275 is used for all our farm work, still in good shape as my trusty workhorse.
At the same time building the "man" shed for all the pending restoration projects in my small collection.
The likes of a McCormick International W4 Petrol/Kero, a 1930'something British Dodge.

Hello, all. Terry here, brand new member and just found this terrific site. I'm retired, now so can spend more of my time restoring anything old and interesting, mainly agricultural.
I've recently finished a grey Fergie and am about to start a Pattisson cricket field roller, which is what led me to CMN.
Will post a few pics as soon as possible and look forward to picking a few brains when I start work on the Ford Pop engine.

Used to have a Fordson Super Major & a Dexta in the early eighties, now its the McCormick and a few odd bits.....

Hi. I'm Terry and a new member for a week or so.
I've just finished a Pattisson Cricket pitch roller and was interested to see one or two posts on this subject, particularly with reference to missing side panels. It seems that these tended to fall off, due to the crappy little clamps that hold them on, and they were instantly rolled over, making them look pretty beaten up.
People got fed up of trying to straighten them out, so tended to leave them off, and hid them in the back of some shed, where I suppose they still are.
I was lucky that mine came with all its tinwork, although it was in the condition described above, having been flattened and bent in half quite a few times.
I'll try and upload a few pics and there is a short video on Youtube of the first start up. Search for Pattisson Roller. Someone asked about a throttle cable and I was unable to find one but just used a generic choke cable off ebay, cost about 5 quid.
