Hi Everyone,

My name is Nick Drew, and I have been involved with plant & machinery since I was 8yrs old when I used to go to work with my late Father at the weekends, I have now been operating for over 25yrs primarily on 360 degree excavators because they are my favourite machines.

I am also a moderator on the Swedish site http://www.maskinisten.net in the Hymac section and I enjoy this very much as I am passionate about plant & machinery.

In my spare time when I was younger I played ice hockey at British league division one level for Southampton Vikings which I played for over 20 yrs and had some of the best years of my life!! nowadays I enjoy Cycling, Helping my partner with her 8 horses!!(Dont ask!!) and of course my involvement with the plant & machinery websites which I enjoy very much.....A bit too much according to my partner!!

I am very much looking forward to this new site and thanks must go to Holger & Anton for setting it up for us.

Hi Guys,

Just a quick note to say that I may not be so active here for the next ten days or so, I am working 13hr night shifts for the next ten nights

Working on road crossings on a busy road that will be closed overnight while we do the work.

I had the pleasure over the years to play with and against many Cannucks over the years, some fantastic players!!

Some of us old boys were due to play in a Veterans tournement in Toronto back along then 3 days before we were due to fly out the government issued a dont travel notice due to the Sars outbreak there!! We were gutted
