tctractors.

Post #1 by tctractors » Tue Oct 02, 2007 10:07 pm

My name is Tony Coates, I work as a freelance Heavy Plant mechanic traveling all over the U.K. + some times Europe , repairing all types of kit from about 12,000 Kgs upwards, I could say I am well known for doing F/Drives on D8,s I must have done over 50, I also do a lot of work on Cummins engines, I do nearly all my jobs on site where they break-down (knacker up-calf down) its great to work in the fresh air, I also take pic,s of most of the big jobs I undertake or good things I see, so I have a great picture history of the work I have done also job sites I have worked on.

No Robban

Devon is the County(Area) in the UK where I live.

I do not know where Tony lives but I would expect it is a long way from Devon, thats a shme as I could do with making contact with a good mechanic for doing my servicing

Nick

Volvo is sold here in the UK by Volvo Construction UK

Oh. Shame on me.

I knew that Devon is a part of England. If I just could think a little before writing on CMN.

Nick I live in S,Worc, just outside a small town called Upton upon Severn, J/1 off M50, I have done a few jobs in the Devon /Corn, area, I sometimes pickup work from Kedgworths (Komatsu Breakers/dealers)they offer me jobs North of Birmingham that are not worth the long drive to tackle, this year I would have driven about 30,000 miles to job sites all over, from Dover to Scotch Corner, so dont think Devon is to distant, if you get any jobs that scare you I will do them ,
