New feature: Personal Notes

Hi!

From today onwards you can save Personal Notes here.
Use the "Notes"-link in the navigation.
Click on "New post" on the right side to enter a new note.
Those notes are like StickIt for the members to use.

You can switch the settings to show the notes as a popup by changing the setting in
ucp.php -> Board preferences -> Edit display options -> Display Personal Notes as Popup: Yes/No
