Login Issues

Some of you may be experiencing login issues? This has something to do with the last Windows update my computer is still giving me a headache I may have to get my guru to look at it.
Okay if you cannot login as per normal follow these simple instructions;
1) Left click on your browser icon (the thing with the big blue letter E on it assuming you use Internet Explorer)
2) Select the 'InPrivate' tab and click on that.
3) You will see the page open but it will look like you have no connection.
4) Select CMN from your favourites.
5) You may need to type your user name into the login box and your password.
This is the only way that I can currently get logged in? I did reset my pc to around a week before the last updates but Windows immediately uploaded more updates as I had removed the old ones so this has made no difference.
