The RecyCoal site next to the M1 is the 'Former Langton Colliery Spoil Heap Coal Recovery and Reclamation Scheme'. I drove past the site recently and saw the two-axle ADT's running about, they were still sporting the ATH Regeneration logo.
Information about the site can be found here:
http://www.recycoal.com/case_studies/item/65997/date/2011-02-11/title/langton_project

and RecyCoal have a corporate video about themselves, their process and operations at the the Langton site, in which you can see extraction, processing and restoration taking place:
http://www.recycoal.com/video_portal#video-d5166fec-1c9e-4e2e-ad65-949217fe961a

RecyCoal have also this month secured planning permission for coal recovery/land restoration at Rossington Colliery, a site owned by Haworth Estates (UK Coal).

If you look at the video at about 3:50-3:55 you can see the 2 axel truck parked up! I can confirm that the EC460B is not on sure now and a 345 D LME is loading the truck that now have some 740's mixed in!!!
