Reliability of 240 tonners

Hi folks,
I'm looking for information about reliability of large haul trucks especially 218/240 tonners. Which of the following trucks - CAT 793 /all modifications/, Komatsu 830E AC, Liebherr T262 or its successor T264 or Terex/CAT MT 4400 AC. I'll be grateful to share information about the speed downgrade and upgrade when the truck is loaded.
