Looking for work as an operator

Post #1 by brian » Fri Apr 16, 2010 9:25 pm

Has anyone tried Googling "Jobs for Bulldozer operators" or similar? I did out of interest and out of perhaps 15 on-line agencies advertising that they required operators, only one or two had genuine jobs available. Where do you guys look? And are there genuine agencies that specialise in operators?

All Agencies are a load of crap .... If all operators stuck together and refused to work for them ... Then we could all get some real employment .... I am a self employed operator with a cis card .... So i have to go through an umbrella company (who take a percentage of my wage) before i get my wages ..... So what is the point of being self employed ? .... We are paying for someone else to be employed ????? ..... It's about time Agencies were done away with ....At least Dick Turpin wore a mask to rob us
