I apologice for hijack this topic but the right answer is this:
Holger you have 1-0 because the year and I 1-0 for the month. 1-1 is not so silly.
Caterpillar was formed on April 15, 1925

Hi, Lars-Gunnar.
You are right about the articles of incorporation being filed on April 25, 1925. It did take a little longer for the whole process to be completed as shareholders of both of the original comapnies had to have meetings to formally agree to the dissolutin of the original companies and accept the new entity but that date is the one that is generally accepted as being the starting date.

You have a wonderful day. Best wishes. Deas Plant.
