Hi, does anyone have any parts for the Powerfab 1000X similar to the PFL Terrier. I'm looking for the aluminium block which attaches to the drive motors. Thanks

While I don't know what this block looks like, how easy would it be to get one fabricated?

Ahh right, I thought it was part of a coupling you were after but it is part of a valve block, what exactly is wrong with the one you have?

The corrosion is very bad due to when I got the machine under the protection plates it was full of mud etc it had been there for some time. The aluminium in areas must be wafer thin near the internal drillings. I'm thinking if possible it would be better to change first rather than it leak on a job.

I think they are fitted to change the direction of flow. the leak - off/ return to tank line also goes to it.

You can see the state of the corrosion, the Allen bolt thread Is clearly visable.
The leak off pipe doesn't actually go to the valve block, instead it goes to the motor body.

Rexroth parts should be available from a hydraulics dealer, I would just type in the identification number into Google and see what comes up and take it from there. Let us know how you get on.
