I was flicking through some old pis and remember this conveyor system i installed in an old MOD building in London.
Really enjoyed putting it together as it came in a thousand bits and was just like my old meccano set ,mind you though it didn`t come with any instructions !
It did have its problems though, high and short rooms which some of you chaps will notice in one of the pics makes the gradient very steep (but don`t worry all sorted it ) and of course the dead line

Hi martyn, It was a strip out job to make way for a hotel .
The conveyor i instilled was built to carry about 200 000 ton of hardcore and rubble

Can`t really remember martyn, may have got it wrong But can remember it was over 100 000 ton and it was over a year of striping.
It was a big building , 8 floors and took about 10 mins to walk around the outside Not to mention the under ground tunnels used in WWII

There is perhaps more of London under the ground than there is on the surface.. i can remember seeing that series on TV "hidden London" .. most intresting

You know what it bloody was I invested in alot of guide or side rollers Only way to get it to run straight
