Re: S & J Demolition
Hope you dont mind me asking, but how stable are those long reach rigs to operate John? I would imagine you have to spend some time with the Hitachi to get yourself a solid/level working platform to sit the Samsung on before commencing work with it.

they are ok really the main thing is you have got to know how far you can push the machine and yes the ground is better flat most of the time there is aways a service machine working along side . when the sun is out and the clouds are moving and your working fully reached out keep thinking it going over you have to try and swich off !!!!!!!!!!!

Re: S & J Demolition
I bet watching the clouds really throws you. I drive for a recycling co. if I stand in the sorting cabins and watch the belt for too long I start to wonder whats moving, the belt or me!!
Id probably need a months worth of clean boxers every day driving summat like that! There's a lot of metal to come down if it did go.... Shady, who used to drive our bulk tipper at the transfer station said to me once, "I dont watch her when she goes up, it worries you too much!" (He never tipped it over, I gather more by luck than judgement! RIP Shady.)

Re: S & J Demolition
If John's like me it might be a bit on the side for someone else at the weekend !!
I'm always up for a bit of work if I get offered it !!
