The Moulds business that Hansons bought has been sold to Alan Hadleys of Reading. When John Mould sold out he then started up again exactly as before :o

I went to the end of era speedway meeting there last night and the stadium has to be vacated by the 22nd October after 33 years of greyhound and speedway racing  . I'd imagine that demolition could begin anytime after that, though it could be months. Who knows :dizzy:

Thats funny Col - i was just reading about the last meeting in the local paper :) Wether they ever build the new so called RACINO (race track /casino  ) remains to be seen - figures of 10 million quoted to build it :dizzy:
It seems all the tips our Dad helped fill in are dug back up again Madjeski Stadium - Rivermead Leisure centre etc
Now Smallmead stadium

Cheers
Steve
