Whats the story. Did it just stop. Have you just bought it. I'm south Cheshire. Pictures would help. Probably crap in the fuel. I would change filters. Make sure your getting fuel from the tank

The 4x4 lever. You pull it towards yourself to engage 4x4

If your saying the handbrake isn't working and you need it tightened, then on the prop with the brake disc there should be some sort of bolt or allen key

The forward and reverse relays will be on the talk converter i think.
I had all the handbrake on mine in bits last year to get it working. What do you want to know
