Nice pics Steve and while were on a sea theme I thought I'd post these pics of HMS Ocelot which is preserved at Chatham historic dockyard and well worth a look round if you get the chance.

Hi Fred, Yes I was aware of the Cat pre-combustion chamber type diesel and the Perkins too although with Perkins I have considered most of their diesels to be small anyway.
