We used to drop off the MF 220 from the MF 203 and that worked but the JCB would be a numb old lump I reckon.

I've gone the other way even further, my 3c3 with a 4/98 had liner issues and I had no time to dig right into it, and I got a really wrecked 3c2 with a 38dt in it. Its now in my 3c3 currently and I have the 4/98 stashed swearing to rebuild it properly one day and run it up on a dyno for a few heat ...

Norm, if you could find a joiner to link the first pipe in to the last one, bypassing the clamps, you might see what happens with the clamps?

Norm, if it is like the older 3C, then the lever is little more than an on off valve. I have not looked into it, but there must be a non return valve in the supply to the clamps. The line to the clamps is pressurised when other services are operated, particularly to dead end. The clamps may graduall...
