diesel can only enter the sump thru 3 ways .
lift pump seal fail
inj pump end seal fail ( asuming pump isnt shaft driven)
or down the side of boars when running ( this is very unlightly)

i know i had a inj seal fail on my loadall just after pump had been fully rebuilt

try looking on line for hydraulic ram makers ud b suprised how much hard crome rod they have laying around in off cut lenths quite a bite is actualy hollow so just weld end caps on or if its solid just buy a desent drill bit on ebay ect ud be suprsied how cheap you can make pins or even buy them rea...

all these are working trucks and they work in forests so its not easy on them

i was going to build one for a spesific job a few yrs ago but got on of flea bay for about a quater of what it was going to cost to build
