This was the first time id heard the Howl of the engines in real life and i have to say what you hear in the videos does not do it justice at all! Ive never been a fan of jets really but having explored them abit this year i have to say that i definitely am gaining interest in them now! Such a shame...

I believe it's becoming too hard to locate potential problems within the air frame as well now as the expertise of ground crew is getting less due to people retiring etc! No unfortunately she was further south with the red arrows and couldn't attend duxford! Still trying to see her fly before she gets grounded!
She's doing a UK tour as a farewell on the 10-11th of October and should fly over my house so going to be keeping an eye out for her then!

Ive got loads of kits now! biggest scale ive done up to yet is a 1/48th Spitfire and Hirricane! Ive built a couple of Lancs and got a B17 in waiting to be built too....I must have 30 or 40 kits in the bottom of my wardrobe now waiting for the rainy days to come
