I think the base machine has the look of a Thwaites, but I could easily be wrong! I don't ever recall seeing a loading arrangement like that before, you could try contacting Kellands as they are still in business.

If you try diesel mix in the sump you might want to have a co2 extinguisher to hand just in case there's any seepage past the rings and it runs away. A good long blast up the air intake should stop it, or if the air intake is round jam a tennis ball in it!

Bearings generally have an identifying number stamped on them. Any bearing supplier should be able to use that number to supply a replacement bearing and a seal kit.

You could try jacking up the drive axle and put it in top gear. Turning the wheel may be easier to begin with and less stress on the timing chain/gears.

If you try towing it, I should have added...
Injectors out, and place something over the injector bores unless they face away from the driver otherwise whatever is down there could give you an unpleasant shower!

If there isn't any nasty noises when it turns over, I might be tempted to put the drive chain back on then tow it around the yard a few times to loosen it up. That may start to bring some oil pressure up and lube the sticky bits.
