Weidemann were first imported into the uk by CANT's of Framlingham who in tern appointed F.E.Weatherill as their agents. Weatherills sold quite a few machines all around the UK they also under took them on a heavy schedule of Plant and County shows. The range at that time was the 1002, 1702, 2002 an...

I might of been mistaken but I thought that the 11c was made by BENFRA ?
Who also made a lot of machines for Fiat Allis Wheeled Loaders, excavators, crawler loaders etc.
they also manufactured Fiat rough terrain Fork lifts

Hi David your 42HD is a Hi-Tip Fitted with a Ford 5000drive axle Perkins 6354.4 engine and Twin Disc transmission
the quick release is Weatherills own and is a late design.

The 42HD high tip looks in good condition considering that it over 30years old. Its nice to see it is still able to do a days work

Can anyone remember BENFRA construction equipment
They made Backhoe Loaders, Wheeled Loaders and Excavators
they also built Fiat Allis FR9 loaders. :dizzy:

The two Weatherill 42H'S No:2591 was built in 1969 and No:3688 was built in 1975 both had Perkins Engines and British Twin Disc Transmission the other machine is a 12H based on a Fordson skid unit.
