Just replacing the kingpin will just be temporary...

if you're lucky it will be a "quick" fix.
If you're very unlucky this could turn over a big bust
when you take the engine out, and take it apart,much will come clear.

Hi, Ive used some manitou's cant complain about them...

should be the rolls if the hydraulics are okay.

check the 2stage there's a problem there?
disconnect the hydraulics,CAREFULL!!
If it doesn't come down it's mechanical.(mastrols?) if it does come down you should check you're hydraulic hose's etc
