You could try changing the oil, new oil with proper anti squawk properties may help.

We had those tyres on our old powertrain, they resisted punctures better than the non standard floatation tyres we had on before. They also seemed to grip better on a turn.
It looks a very tidy machine and presumably a drier climate has helped.

If that is all wheel steer it may well have been able to crab steer. There must be some valves somewhere that are either operated by manual levers or electric solenoids.
