Got it - Newcastle Central Station.
This bridge is also T&W Metro, could it be the one from earlier from the other side?

The one with all the activity is odd. The building looks 'station terminus', and at first glance appears to have ww2 bomb damage, yet I would guess by the Atlantean type busses and KM Bedford 1970s. The excavation bulk loading hopper and concrete pump possibly for tube/underground? I think the givea...

In the first pic, I wonder if that was the place they were told to tip the bins "Just chuck it in 't river"?
I'll bet that workshop rattled with a TS3 or two running in it.

Just a thought, why don't you just use the 4in1, or a clay spade on the back?

Re: JIC couplings
Ok, so a closer look revealed that on the old ram the union nut has a couple of threads visible when tight and sealed (just refitted it to check). On the new ram the sockets appear slightly deeper and the nut is tight and threadbound before the union seals. I've contacted the supplier for suggestion...

The Brays were slow, but even then they bounced and skipped around, you couldn't drop your guard for a second. Being rear steer with not much a the front it was often difficult to gauge where it was heading. Never had much dealings with the 77. My 66 had been 'doctored' before I inherited it and wen...

Re: Mystery loader - looking for a picture
Found a (poor!) photo. Stopped for lunch at a chippy somewhere between Maidenhead and White Waltham during harvest 1985. Boss wouldn't have thought to look for us there. http://www.classicmachinery.net/forum/images/userpix/14343_1MAOCPEVE8XIQ1696972859.jpg Difficult to see but the Loaders both had a...
