It must of been a very hard day for the poor little thing :mrgreen: I went back later the same day to watch them lift it unfortunatly camera less but it took 2 much larger cranes and several aborted attempts to get it righted but not something you get to see everyday ! !

Many of you will know the name Bedford Trucks , well as soom of you will know it was for many years built in Dunstable , when they closed the doors for the last time the site was rented out whilst plans where made as to what to do with it (it being such a large area) some was sold off to Sainsburys ...

Another far from the norm , not much change out of £100,000 8.5 metre lift hydraulic fork extenders omni directional narrow isle. I was lucky enough to of been able to drive this truck at 8 metres high was rated at 1.5 tonne, 3.5 tonne lift . The mast was a triple extension and as you can see in the photos even the wheels where special.The only problem was at 8 metres the mast tended to sway a great deal as the 2 fixings where...

Fork Lifts

OK we have all seen them , some of us have driven them but there are so very many reach/counter balance/omni directional/side loaders to name but a few and so very many differant makes. How about a sud subsection just for them ? I have been lucky enough to drive quite a few in my time from bog stand...
