Reference to Patrick's comment about people with experience with the trailers in question when were these type trailers in use, 40's, 50's ? The good pictures posted Oct 1 by pv83 show the trailers with removable rear wheel assemblies. Every time time see pictures of that style trailer, float, lowboy, wonder what was the method of retention and procedure for removal and reinstall.
