Re: MF 590 3 Point Linkage Hydraulic Problem

If it's the one I'm thinking of, the spec was something like standard block/box/axle, 2 injectors per cylinder running from 2 back to back pumps, water injection in the intake system to cool the pistons, twin Opico turbos and a max rpm between 6 and 9k! How the whole thing di...

Re: Magneto refurb
Hi Tony, its off a '43 D2 that I am sorting for someone.
There's no spark, I put the multi-meter on it and it seems to have a permanent short to ground out the stud on the top (goes to on/off).
Then with the points set the resistance is about 0.6 ohm with them open. That can't be right.

Magneto refurb
Can anyone recommend a good firm in UK who can recon an Eisemann RC-2H magneto.
I'm thinking someone who you have had good service from, rather than a random name from one of the classic machinery mags
thanks

Those pictures were taken at the Honiton Hill Rally in Devon - just before it poured down. A typical bank holiday
been a couple of times and was a cracking turn out of tractors
were you exhibiting?
