Hi. these dumpers are George Fowell's the yellow one is mine, it is a GF 15 fitted with a Petter AVA 1 5.4hp @ 1500 rpm. There was also a GF 23 which had a Petter PH 1 6.75hp @1650rpm both had a three speed gearbox, although mine has drum brakes they were offered with disc brakes

Hi, Yes this is a George Fowell dumper, a GF15 the 15 being 15 cwt, it has a Petter AVA1 5.4hp @1600rpm engine, 6.00 x 16 wheels & tyres, the axle & gearbox is one unit made by P R Motors (Percy Riley who made the cars) P R Motors was sold to Newage Engineers where it became the transmission...
