Very interesting method of tipping of tipping the trailer .

That is exceadingly poor , especially in this day an age , Id be trying to bring it to the attention of further up the organisation, either by email or telephone. As a matter of interested was it purchased through an agent or direct from them ?

I was just going to say , first off I would send email with pictures to their customer care department raising your complaints/concerns and you unhappyness with the model , making sure they know you are a collector with many of their fine models already in your pocession and your huge disapointment ...
