I'll have a look when I'm next working on the dumper hopefully its just the one bearing that's gone

,could anyone help me on the bearing codes for a newage 40m box in a thwaites Orion the input bearing on mine is buggered

Thanks cobba I've only got one brake expander on my dumper at the moment, hopefully tomorrow I'll have it running then set to repairing everything else on it

Was the brake expanders the same as the landrover handbrake I'm trying to find some for my thwaites orion and not having much luck

I've made a starting handle for our thwaites orion I've still got to do some fettling when I'm next working on it hopefully it should do the job, the steering mechanism is siezed up gearbox stuck in gear that will be fun and free the drum clutch up http://www.classicmachinery.net/forum/images/userpi...

That was the plan with it I'll hopefully manage to drop the gearbox that's on it out the clutch doesn't disengage as I found out put my foot on the clutch and it did go into gear and shot forward off the block, I can't remember off hand when grandad converted it, after unsezing the engine it fired u...

Is it possible to swap over the drum clutch assembly onto a gearbox with the bell housing clutch, I've got a spare gearbox to go onto the aveling barford sd 06 I'm working on, the one that's in it is worn out.
