Evening all, After some investigation, it is the clutch slipping! It is a brake drum / chain drive set up so going to adjust and hope this works! Evening all, the glass bowl fuel filter on my Petter engine is slowly leaking through the threads at the top. Could I have suggestions how to resolve this? I have changed the filter and am guessing I am missing a seal? Many thanks.

Morning all, thanks for all the help. I now see how everything should operate and now I have sorted everything to be set up correctly. I have successfully changed the clutch and everything is back up and running. Great moment taking her out for a spin.
