Cheers Cobba
I had an inkling that is supposed to extend and retract, i have removed the screw cap and dismounted the shaft from gearbox side, it appears to be stuck solid.
I was hoping not to have to remove full shaft.
Any tips , apart from hitting it with hammer?

Can anyone advise me on this drive shaft, is there a certain amount of expansion on them, and what is the threaded end cap for?

Re: case international 784
Bloody hell Pete ,,you just wrote a manual,,thanks Pete.
I have just one more question,, there is a little pedal/lever at the right hand side floor,,that looks as though it has to be operated by the right heel?
and yes the cut off switch is in the middle above tunnel.
Regards Jack

Re: case international 784
Hi Pete
Yes i do have to straddle ,with foot either side,
There is a lever on the left hand side of the steering wheel.
Handbrake does not get used,
which levers on the right hand side of seat are for the PTO.
What is a TA?
regardsJack

JCB C3 MK2 back actor arm seal kit
Any body help me out here, i have just had the seals done on bucket ram from the back actor on a JCB C3 mk2.
I have also had the arm ram from the same machine,,do the arms require different seal kits , as i have been informed that i would have to have a special seal made for the arm ram.
