so heres pics of the axles removed , all the bolts for the roll bar were rusted solid!was a bit of a mission especially as I have a very limited set of A/F sockets but got it all removed you can see the bull pinion carrier that i have circled with red, this is were im guessing should be a rope seal/...

so I couldnt find any decent pics or info on the procedure to replace these seals oil was leaking all through the brakes actually making the linings fall to bits. Prob been leaking for years as I got the tractor with the farm . So here are the pics of the top diff cover removed, once I pull the axle...
