Hi just checked injector all seems fine,no dribbles.I think there are 3 fine mist sprays

Cheers Fred i will try and give that a go but i need to sort out the spill timing.I think that when the tappet adjustment goes up int the bottom of the pump it does not allow it to move any further. I am a complete novice at this.

I am a bit of a novice but here goes,rescued thwaites air cooled ph1 dumper a couple of weeks ago read some good advice from here. Changed the injector and great was able to bump start it,but this not was not enough for me i wanted to get it going using the handle. Payed to have the cylinder rebored...
