Hi Tony, yep, replacing seals and tapered bearing, the hard facing is worn. Thanks for the info, I'll ponder a solution to the wire, there is mountains of wire on the boundaries of my place, it is such a nuisance whether on bike dozer or horseback, gradually getting rid of it.

Hi, I'm just replacing my final drive inner seals due to damage caused by fencing wire entanglement. Hi Dajocat, yep I agree, it looks like it's not meant for pushing heavy material, in that it doesn't seem to swing.

thanks Dajocat, aren't they amazing machines, they certainly did the job for you fellas over there, I was watching a dodo on the dykes and land reclamation in the Netherlands, totally amazing.

Goodo Bertus, would you know thermal operating temperature for thos engines in F or C, I get paranoid about overheating engines, I'm fitting a Murphy temp gauge (give an audible alert when it reaches it's set temp) after Easter.
