Hi Jim. When you find the chassis number, I think you will probably need a written statement confirming the VIN or chassis number from Winget to satisfy DVLA. I used to be asked for this sort of information quite regularly from people asking to register Volvo trucks of that sort of era. See link bel...

SA's were manufactured in Oldham until 2004, so this example must have been one of the last ones to be built there. Production was moved to Spain in 2005 as SA were already part of the IVECO Group.

Even with my illuminated magnifier at 7x magnification it is not possible to determine what they are.
