A bit more searching has told me that AMICE stands for Associate Member of Institute of Civil Engineers.
I'll try a few local steam engine enthusiasts after silly season but thought I'd start here.

I have vague recollections of Moffet Mounty producing an articulated tractor/wheeled loader based on a Ford tractor (?). I think I saw it in an early issue of Classic Tractor. Found an article in Tractor & Machinery Mag Vol.13 No.4 march 07 Summary; - built in 1991 at Dundaulk (stopped in 1997)...

Can anyone help with identifying what this would have come off originally?
It was a scrapyard find 10 years ago, it's only 4'8" wide but built well!
