Its not every day you see a 1000 L,its freshly painted in the more modern case era coloures,its no spring chicken its self,dont rush and take your time to find a good one.I am becoming more desparet to find a good drott my self.

All these had a machanical high - low gear box wich must be selected with forward reverse hydraulic lever in neutral ,select high or low first,before trying to shuttle back or forward ,decelarate for shutteling back and forth .

Has three guages-trans temp and pressure,and water temp.yeh it would leak from pressure guage, sorry.When engine is running bottom mark,when cold top mark for check ing trans level.i got manual here so all info correct.off to work now.

Mate,its a long shot but the trans temp guage was fed with trans oil up to the guage through a tiny plastic pipe as thik as a pen reafill,mine fractured and spurted out a few gallon before we traced the fault,if you take off the plastic gauge consol you will see it,if this has broken it will have em...

Heres an idea,ask the owner if you can have a tinker with it befor you buy :think: ,change oil or whatever you fancy doing,ask us on here for any advice as you go along,if you get no joy all you have lost is a bit of oil and time,in reality you have had some cheap entertainment for a day or two play...

Yes mate,i have done a carbon copy of what you propose to do,the olny way to comit to one of these machines is to work it for at least half hour until trans gats warm,and give it some work and see how it performs.The reason why its sat there is because its knackerd.Its been round the mill and is not...
