Hmm.., Ford skid, seems odd to have all those levers yet the standard hand throttle is missing. Is it adapted for a disabled driver?

Thanks chaps. Insurance wise, valid OBU is in place complete with certificate! Could well be italian frisbee style dough based, with US marketing. Not so much a grey area, more red white and blue...
