These machines are not in any way fake!!!

They are licensed copies of older kit that and have been modified to try and bring them upto date as China starts to produce machines of its own.
They likewise make similar dozers to Cat and a similar 360 degree excavator, I am not sure but suppose that they also build the Cummins engines for these machines under license too!!

I think it has more JCB based components than Case .. more so the backhoe, the loading arms look as if they are straight off a Case 580F/G

The tractor and loader parts are based on Case backhoe loaders and the backhoe is an almost direct copy of JCB's design of backhoe.
In the penultimate photo shown by clicking the link provided by Ruston Bucyrus, you can see a wheel loader next to the backhoe loader shown that is a slight variation on Komatsu's wheel loader designs.

The Chinese bless 'em are great at metal bashing and can supply loads of people on low wages but they lack much of the scientific, engineering and technical resources built-up in the West so nearly all technology required to build the products of an advanced economy are almost all either produced under license from or in-conjunction with western firms or is stolen by State industries with just enough alternation to get away with it- which is all the more easier as laws regarding the protection of intellectual property rights barely exist.

China is now the world's second biggest economy according to the radio this morning, how long until they're the biggest I wonder?
