Hello. I wonder if someone have information about a Merton loader 100b(i think). My father bought one of these. I think it was the only one sold in Norway. The company my father buy it from was Motorsalg in Bergen. I asked them, but they couldnt remember anything. They didnt know they have sold a machine called MERTON. My father is dead and I was a little kid when this loader was in our company. I am intrested in any information. :dizzy:

Hello,
The first digger I bought was a Whitlock 605 , a bit awkward with the fixed king-post but a well built reliable digger. Far better front end than a JCB. Sorry no pics of it.
Here are some photos acanned from sales literature. I have nothing on the270/ 303 or 305 but you can see the full side shift back end on the 505.
You can see they used a Nuffield unit for the 405 not the usual Ford.
Didn't they make a tracked 360 machine (about 11 or 12 tonner) before the Hymac takeover?? Can't remember the model number.
